Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within
1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note, during sales events or peak seasons, processing times may extend to 7-10 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Orders (U.S.): All orders within the U.S. are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing.

PO Box Orders: Orders shipped to a PO Box will be delivered via USPS. Please note that overnight shipping to a PO Box may take up to 2 business days for delivery.

International Orders: Orders outside the U.S. are shipped via UPS and may take up to 10 business days for delivery. International shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All shipping charges must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

Changes to Shipping Methods
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method if needed. Any changes will be to a comparable service, and shipping fees may vary from the actual rate charged by the carrier.

Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by the carrier or external factors (e.g., weather) can occur. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier. We do not offer refunds or chargebacks for delays caused by these factors.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue store credit in the form of a Dime Extensions
E-Gift Card for the product amount, minus a $25 restocking fee and the original shipping cost. Shipping and Route Protection fees are non-refundable.

Returned items are restocked, and the E-Gift Card will be issued once the package is received and processed. Please note that we cannot reship items for undeliverable packages. You may use the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the updated address, but there is no guarantee that the items will be available at the time of reorder.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
To ensure your package is delivered promptly, please double-check the address you provide, including apartment, building, suite numbers, and any other necessary details. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or undelivered packages.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages. In the event of an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Order Cancellations and Changes
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for fulfillment, and we cannot make changes or cancel the order once it has been shipped. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

Route Protection
We highly recommend adding
Route Protection to your order for coverage in case of lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. This optional service is available at checkout.
